FAQ

Good questions before you start

Does Aonelva PDF upload or store my PDF?

The public editor is being designed to process PDF content locally in the browser. The service backend should not keep a copy of the PDF, its filename, inserted images, signatures or document text.

Do I need to create an account?

The first anonymous editing session does not require an account. A new session after that requires Google sign-in.

Does refreshing the page use my free session again?

No. The planned anonymous session window is two hours, so normal refreshes during that session do not count as a second use.

What information does the service keep?

Only minimum account/session information needed for login and abuse control, such as a Google account identifier, session token, timestamps and a salted hash derived from the IP address.

Can I use Aonelva PDF on mobile?

The website and sign-in flow are responsive. The editor itself should also be tested and optimized for touch before a public mobile launch.

Is it free?

The current launch model gives one anonymous editing session and then asks the user to sign in with Google. Usage limits after sign-in can be adjusted later without changing the home page design.
