Privacy Policy

1. PDF documents

Aonelva PDF is designed so PDF content is processed locally in the user's browser. The production public editor should not upload or retain the PDF file itself, document text, filenames, inserted images, signatures or exported PDF content on Aonelva servers.

2. Account information

If you sign in with Google, Aonelva may process the minimum account information required for authentication, such as a Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile image.

3. Session and anti-abuse information

The service may process session identifiers, login timestamps and a privacy-preserving salted hash derived from network information such as an IP address. This is used to apply free-session rules, protect the service and reduce automated abuse.

4. Cookies

The application uses first-party cookies that are necessary for authentication and temporary anonymous sessions. No advertising or analytics cookies are included in this starter build.

5. Retention

Expired session data should be periodically deleted. Define a production retention schedule for account and anti-abuse records before launch.

6. Third-party authentication

Google authentication is provided by Google. Users should also review Google's applicable privacy information for the sign-in service.
